Enter through what seems like a small opening, and be amazed as the cenote transforms into a colossal chamber filled with eerie, bell-shaped formations—unique underwater creations found nowhere else in the world. Dive to 30 meters where a cloud of hydrogen sulfide and a haunting dead tree create an otherworldly, spine-tingling atmosphere. This dive is not for the faint-hearted!

Cenote Maravilla

Step into the breathtaking beauty of Cenote Maravilla, a visual marvel! Through a circular opening in the ceiling, a massive beam of celestial light penetrates down to 30 meters, piercing a thick sulfur cloud and illuminating the cavern in dazzling patterns. Reach out into the cloud to watch mesmerizing patterns swirl around your hand. Swim across the cavern, over 90 meters in diameter and 60 meters deep, and observe the contrast in light as clouds drift past the sun. Discover small bell-like formations similar to those in Cenote Zapote, half-hidden in the ethereal glow. Perfect for capturing stunning photos!
